What is the difference between your booking and rental services?
Our booking service is targeted for large events and festivals. This service includes professional staff for support with choreography, equipment transport and setup, and training sessions for client-provided performers or our own professional performers. We typically use our larger OMFG Jellyfish for these events as the venues are often outdoors and expansive.
Our rental service is a do-it-yourself model where we send the equipment along with instructions for setting up and packing up the jellyfish. The rental packages utilize our OMG Jellyfish which are light (3 lbs each) and each one packs down into a yoga mat size duffel sack.
Do you offer different colored jellyfish?
At this time all of our jellyfish are white.
How long can I keep the jellyfish?
Our rentals are 4-day reservations. We guarantee delivery the day before your event and you return your rental at your nearest FedEx location within 48 hours after your event. Think of it this way:
Day 1 - Receive your rental package
Day 2 - Your event
Day 3 or 4 - Return your rental at your nearest FedEx location
8-day reservations are available for multi-day events. Please contact us for details at service@billionjellybloom.org.
When should I make my rental reservation?
You can book a reservation up to 12 months in advance. We also offer same-day will call in San Francisco and 3-day delivery, via FedEx Express Saver, everywhere else in the U.S.
Do I have to pay the damage deposit when I place my rental order?
No, you can reserve your rental package now and pay your damage deposit in a separate transaction closer to your reservation date but no later than 10 days prior to your reservation date. We cannot ship your rental order until we’ve received your damage deposit.
When will my card be charged?
You’re charged at the time you make your reservation — it’s similar to booking a flight.
How can I make changes to my order?
Change to order requests can be emailed to service@billionjellybloom.org. If your order has already shipped, you cannot make any changes.

How do I change my shipping address after I’ve already placed my order?
You can update your shipping address by emailing service@billionjellybloom.org. Please include your order number, reservation date, the original shipping address and the new shipping address.
How do I return my order?
Returns are easy! On the last day of your rental, simply:
Pack your order: Place your order in the shipping container it arrived in.
Use your return label: Typically located inside the zippered compartment of the shipping container. Use the provided adhesive envelop with the return label inside and adhere to the shipping container.
Return your order: Drop off the return envelope(s) at your nearest FedEx shipping location.
How do i avoid late fees?
In order to avoid a late fee, you must send back the products you rented in the return packaging provided to you by Billion Jelly Bloom. The return service provider is FEDEX.
You must deliver the products to a FEDEX store located in the United States by 12 p.m. on or before the product return date. If you do this, your package will be scanned by FEDEX by the next day and returned to Billion Jelly Bloom on time. Billion Jelly Bloom will not cover additional fees incurred due to international shipping.
Please do not leave your rentals with any third party (hotel, mail room, friend) for return as you would still be held liable for any late fees incurred.
If you lose the return packaging, you are responsible for returning the item at your own expense by the expected return date, and providing Billion Jelly Bloom with a tracking number. Returns should be sent to the following address:

How long does it take to process my return?
We receive most returns within 3-7 business days of shipping, and you’ll get an email confirming that your order has arrived back safely.
Your damage deposit will be refunded within 1-3 days after rental equipment is received by Billion Jelly Bloom and found to be in acceptable condition.
What if I accidentally stain or damage the jellyfish?
We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable. Normal wear and tear encompasses minor stains or other very minor damage. The Damage Deposit will be used toward significant damage and in the case that we determine the equipment requires replacement, you’ll be responsible for the full retail value of replacing the damaged item/s.

Rave Totem Returns Policy
We accept returns of Rave Totems for refund, less original shipping charge, within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition*.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
If you need to return an item, please contact us using the form below with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
*New, Unaltered, and Unused Condition means an item that is returned without showing signs of wear or damage.
